§1 Preliminary Provisions

These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the Store, placing orders, and concluding distance sales contracts, and are addressed to Consumers and Entrepreneurs.


§2 Definitions


Consumer – a natural person concluding a contract within the Store for purposes not related to their business or professional activity.
Seller – Artisan Blacksmith Leszek Sikoń, details as in §1.
Customer – any entity making purchases in the Store.
Entrepreneur – a natural person, legal entity, or organisational unit conducting business activity and using the Store.
Store – the Artisan Blacksmith Leszek Sikoń online store at https://www.lsikonblacksmith.com/shop.
Distance contract – a contract concluded within the store system without the physical presence of the parties, using means of distance communication.
Order – a declaration of intent by the Customer aimed at concluding a sales contract.
Account – the Customer's account in the Store, containing data and order history.
Registration form – a form enabling the creation of an Account.
Order form – a form for placing orders and selecting delivery/payment method.
Cart – store functionality for selecting products and specifying quantities.
Product – movable property offered in the Store.
Sales Contract – a contract for the sale of a Product concluded between the Customer and the Seller.

§4 Technical Requirements
To use the Store, the following are required:

a device with Internet access and a current browser (Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Safari),
an active email address,
cookies enabled


§5 General Information
The Store is not responsible for interruptions in operation caused by force majeure, unauthorised actions by third parties, or incompatibility with the Customer's device.
Browsing the product range does not require creating an Account. Placing orders is possible after creating an Account or providing data enabling order fulfilment.
Product prices are given in  EUR, gross.
The final price includes the product price and delivery costs, which depend on the country, carrier, and product type. Costs are provided during order placement.
In the case of products with different delivery times, the delivery time is counted from the product with the longest fulfilment time.
Information presented in the Store does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code, but an invitation to conclude a contract.

§6 Order Placement Rules
Select a product and add it to the Cart.
Log in or use the purchase without registration option.
Fill in delivery and invoice data (if different).
Choose delivery and payment method (see §7).
Confirm the order with the "Order and Pay" button.
Make payment within 2 days of receiving confirmation that the order has been accepted for fulfilment.
Failure to make payment within the above period results in order cancellation.


§7 Delivery and Payment Methods

§8 Execution of Sales Contract
The Sales Contract is concluded when the Seller sends confirmation that the order has been accepted for fulfilment.
Shipping time is specified with the product. For products with different times, the longest time applies.


§9 International Shipping Policy (DDU/DAP)

We love serving our customers around the globe! Please note that all international orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. This means the product prices and shipping fees displayed at checkout do not include local taxes, duties, or customs fees.

 

1. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Buyer's Responsibility)

By placing an international order, you agree to pay all import fees required by your country's government.

  • Payment: You are solely responsible for paying local VAT, GST, import duties, and courier handling fees.

  • Collection: These fees are collected by your local customs office or the courier company before or upon delivery.

  • Refusal: If you refuse to pay customs fees and the package is returned to us, any return shipping costs and restocking fees will be deducted from your refund.

 

2. Shipping Destinations & Restrictions

We ship to most countries worldwide. However, due to shipping regulations, we cannot deliver to:

  • P.O. Boxes

  • Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)

  • Specific restricted regions (a full list will appear at checkout)

 

3. Shipping Policy Options, Costs, & Timelines

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

  • Standard International: Delivery usually takes 10–21 business days.

  • Express International: Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days (via DHL, FedEx, or UPS).

Important: Delivery timelines are estimates. We have no control over delays caused by local customs clearance procedures.

 

4. Order Processing Time

  • Please allow 1–3 business days for our team to process your order and prepare international customs documentation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or regional holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

5. Tracking Your Order

  • You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

  • We highly recommend monitoring your tracking link closely, as your local customs office or courier may try to contact you via email or phone to arrange duty payment.

 

6. Lost, Damaged, or Held Packages

  • Held by Customs: If your package is held, you must contact your local customs office directly. We cannot intervene in local government processes.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Lost Shipments: If your tracking has not updated for 15 business days, please contact our support team at info.lsikonblacksmith@gmail.com.

§10 Right to Refuse Order Fulfilment and Cancellation
The Seller reserves the right to refuse order fulfilment or cancel it, in whole or in part, particularly in cases of:
a) technical, system, or IT errors that affected the order content, product price, delivery costs, or product availability,
b) obvious pricing or descriptive errors of the Product,
c) orders placed using errors, technical gaps, or Store malfunctions,
d) inability to fulfil the order for reasons beyond the Seller's control, particularly product unavailability, production or logistics problems,
e) reasonable suspicion that the order was placed in a manner contrary to the Terms and Conditions, applicable law, or good practices.
In case of order cancellation, the Seller will immediately inform the Customer of the cancellation reason electronically.
If the order has been paid for, the Seller will refund all payments received from the Customer immediately, no later than within 14 days, using the same payment method used by the Customer, unless the Customer explicitly agrees to a different refund method.
Order cancellation in accordance with this paragraph does not create any additional claims by the Customer against the Seller, apart from the refund of payments made.


§11 Right of Withdrawal
The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product.
In the case of partial orders, the period runs from delivery of the last product.
A withdrawal statement can be sent by email or through the form in the store.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases specified in Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act, particularly regarding products made to the Customer's individual order.
The Consumer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the Product resulting from using it in a manner exceeding what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the Product.
The Consumer bears the direct cost of returning the Product.


§12 Complaints and Warranty
Complaints are handled in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code.
Complaints are submitted by email to info@tvorik.com.
The Seller handles complaints immediately, but no later than within 14 days.

§13 Personal Data
Detailed rules for processing personal data are specified in the Privacy Policy available on the Store's website.


§14 Cookies and Analytical Tools
The Store uses cookies for:
store operation,
analytics (e.g., Google Analytics),
marketing and ad personalisation (e.g., Facebook Pixel).
The Customer can change cookie settings in their browser.
Detailed rules for using cookies and managing consent are specified in the Cookie Policy available on the Store's website.


§15 Final Provisions
Contracts are concluded in Polish or English.
The Seller reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions due to changes in law, payment and delivery methods. Changes to the Terms and Conditions do not affect orders placed before the effective date of the changes.
In matters not regulated, Polish law applies (Civil Code, Consumer Rights Act, Act on the Provision of Electronic Services).
The Customer may use out-of-court dispute resolution methods (ODR platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).

The LSikonblacksmith Guarantee

This guarantee covers any issues with workmanship or quality as long as the knife has been used in normal conditions and according to blok guidelines.

The guarantee only applies if they have not been used for purposes other than for which they were intended. These knives are designed and built for food preparation only.

This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear (scratches), loss, damage due to improper use, carelessness or unreasonable use.

Do NOT put LSikonblacksmith knives in the dishwasher.
